Rule of Thirds
A photograph (such as the one set as the background) is spilt into nine sections using lines, two vertical lines and two horizontal lines. The key elements of the photo are placed on some the lines or at some of the intersections. This is designed to make photographs more interesting as placing the main focus of the photo in the middle is not as visually appealing. Following this rule of thirds when taking photos dramatically improves your photo to look at.
